 Working on Reactive & PPM jobs to close down in Geneva to achieve our KPI targets.
 Distributing the PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) trade wise to respective supervisor and following up with them to revert back within SLA timing, raising the reactive request following the PPM comments given by supervisor for further necessary corrective action.
 Follow up on active jobs with trade technical supervisor/engineer for their input to close the jobs within the SLA period.
 Handling the Facility Manager responsibility such as operation report, feedback on Minor Major Projects and attending the conference call in the absence of FM.
 Conducting the Site daily Tool Box Talk for the safety and jobs going to be carried out.
 Making Daily, Weekly mandays and operation report of the site including sub-contractors.
 Dealing with HR, Supply Chain (Purchasing Department) as per the site requirement and following up with the pending requisitioned.

 Providing the appropriate feedback on time for all the alarms which are reporting by Building Maintenance Management System.
 Arranging the team according to the scope of work (CIVIL, ELECT, HVAC, MECH) & what is required necessary as access for the Apartment, material etc.
 Updating the work orders PM & CM according to their priorities.
 Making the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Dash Board Reports for each Trade (Civil, Elect, Hvac, Mech) and send it to the direct Facility Manager.
